Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments

• Receive inbound calls from members

• Verify appointments and follow up on missed visits

• Efficiently and accurately update scheduling systems

• Address urgent member requirements as they arise

• Assist members in accessing care by ensuring appointments are scheduled, confirmed, followed up on, and escalated when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

• Over 1 year of experience in call center, scheduling, or customer service roles

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Dependable and punctual work habits

• Ability to work remotely while maintaining focus on accurate and timely follow-up
