This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Transform qualified leads into bookings via phone, email, and chat utilizing a consultative sales method.
• Oversee the Salesforce sales pipeline, which includes logging activities, tracking follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Generate revenue across both B2C and B2B channels by suggesting appropriate travel experiences.
• Reconnect with leads and engage prospects during outbound campaigns.
• Provide outstanding service while meeting key performance indicators for conversion, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and travel trends.
• Participate in training sessions, share best practices, and contribute to shared objectives.
• Foster loyalty and repeat business through personalized service and long-lasting relationships.
• Goal-driven with the ability to achieve and surpass sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, including effective questioning, active listening, and aligning customers with suitable products.
• Proficient in navigating Salesforce for lead management, activity tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledgeable in both B2B and B2C sales and support.
• Excellent relationship-building and rapport-establishing skills.
• Experience in a highly structured, performance-focused, fully remote setting with clear expectations and accountability standards.
• Availability to support a 7-day contact center operation with rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak, high-volume times.
• Commitment to obtaining TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Ability to commence full-time work on October 7, 2026, if selected.
