This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Transform qualified leads into bookings via phone, email, and chat employing a consultative sales strategy.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce by documenting activities, monitoring follow-ups, and overseeing opportunities until closure.
• Generate revenue across both B2C and B2B channels by recommending appropriate travel experiences.
• Reconnect with leads and re-engage prospects through proactive outbound efforts.
• Provide exceptional service while meeting conversion, retention, call quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, brand promotions, and travel industry trends.
• Engage in training sessions, share effective practices, and contribute towards team objectives.
• Foster loyalty and repeat business through personalized service and the establishment of long-term relationships.
• Goal-driven with the ability to meet and surpass sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
• Proficient in consultative selling techniques, including effective questioning, active listening, and product recommendations.
• Confident in utilizing Salesforce to manage leads, log activities, and boost conversions.
• Knowledgeable in both B2B and B2C customer support, as well as trade-partner interactions.
• Strong relationship-building and rapport-establishing abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate and enhance a positive sales culture.
• Experience thriving in a structured, performance-focused, fully remote setting with defined expectations and accountability.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate a 7-day contact center operation through rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Commitment to obtaining TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment.
• Ability to begin full-time employment on October 7, 2026, if selected.
