Contact Center Representative, Bilingual, Overnight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Addressing the requirements of TD Wealth, Mass Affluent, or High Net Worth customer segments

• Managing intricate customer service challenges, providing product expertise and technical assistance

• Participating in online customer chats and digital media while proactively seeking cross-selling opportunities

• Recognizing opportunities for products and/or services and offering customized recommendations while ensuring an exceptional Customer Experience

• Cultivating and enhancing relationships with both new and existing clients, with an emphasis on first call resolution

• Providing a high-touch customer experience for this segment to help TD strengthen the relationship

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Over 4 years of customer service, sales, or relevant experience in the financial sector

• Demonstrated ability to engage with high-value customers

• Proven experience in Sales or Referral banking

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office suite, internet navigation, CRM applications)

• Capability to provide exceptional customer service that demands accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and multitasking in a dynamic contact center environment

• Self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management

• Must be available to adhere to a schedule that may include evenings and weekends

• Must effectively assist customers using the designated primary language (Spanish and/or English) in the assigned queue
