This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in identifying and resolving customer issues through Phone, Email, and/or chat.
β’ Showcase excellent customer service and sales abilities to enhance every customer interaction.
β’ Notify management of any issues that need escalation.
β’ Address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Utilize technology tools as instructed to assist with daily responsibilities.
β’ Engage in both individual and team training sessions.
β’ Complete required documentation to manage customer complaints and maintain accurate customer records.
β’ Over 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work autonomously, follow the work schedule, and manage regular tasks with minimal oversight.
β’ Experience in a call center, retail, and/or e-commerce setting is advantageous.
β’ Technical skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
