β’ Ability to assist customers over the phone for extended periods.
β’ Proficient in PC skills with the capability to utilize current technology and software applications.
β’ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
β’ Experience in managing confidential information is essential.
β’ Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and/or English) is required.
