This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service with compassion and understanding
β’ Maintain a positive attitude and uphold professionalism at all times
β’ Accurately schedule appointments for patients across various locations
β’ Adhere to proper triage protocols and relay messages for RNs and Pediatricians
β’ Register and assist new patients through the onboarding process
β’ Respond to general inquiries about the practice and its locations
β’ Comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
β’ Route calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
β’ Over 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles
β’ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
β’ Proficient computer skills
β’ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment
β’ Ability to work independently
β’ Must reside in Alabama
