Call Center Agent – Vertrieb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• First Level Support for existing customers via inbound calls

• Technical assistance regarding issues with TV, phone, and internet services

• Tailored product advice and contract enhancements

• Sales engagement with every call

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales

• Ability to reliably adhere to the specified working hours

• No concurrent employment obligations

• Excellent German language skills (C1 level) and residing in Germany
