This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and issues via telephone or email.
• Investigates and resolves issues and discrepancies, which may involve fraud support and internet operations.
• Will develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, relevant regulations, systems, and procedures.
• Serves as a link between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to address more complex customer or technology challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Generally possesses a minimum of nine months of training or experience in a Contact Center customer service role.
• At least 18 months of previous customer service or related experience.
• Successfully completed specialized skill training.
• Bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking at a business level in both Japanese and English.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools effectively.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in positively engaging with dissatisfied customers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulately, and accurately while maintaining a pleasant tone and common conversational etiquette.
• Proficient in computer navigation using a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office programs.
