Consumer Services Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business operations.

• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your department.

• Conduct quarterly Power Circuit reviews to identify growth limitations across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with an emphasis on lead quality, funnel conversion, and market-level dynamics.

• Collaborate directly with client sales or operations teams to comprehend the criteria for a quality lead, integrating this definition into targeting and creative strategies.

• Maintain the senior client relationship; QBRs should focus on cost per acquisition rather than cost per click.

• Synchronize paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.

• Advise on geographic expansion and local market prioritization, as many consumer services clients aim to scale and require a framework for doing so.

• Oversee retention and expansion efforts, manage renewals, and increase MRR.

• Develop multi-layered relationships with various client contacts to mitigate risk from the departure of any single point of contact.

• Engage with Iris and Nova on a daily basis; proactively identify issues before they are raised by clients.

• Mentor analysts and specialists, providing direct and specific feedback.

• Maintain a 100% cadence with Pulse.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in lead generation or consumer services marketing, either in an agency or in-house setting.

• Proficient in lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, and LTV by lead source.

• Experienced working with clients who have a sales team, aligning marketing strategies with what that team can realistically close.

• Familiar with media mixes that are heavily reliant on paid search and local campaign frameworks.

• Knowledgeable about local SEO, GMB, and review strategies, particularly relevant in home services and similar sectors.

• Understands the distinction between lead volume and lead quality, with experience in shifting a client's focus from one to the other.

• Proven track record of retaining and expanding accounts.
