This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with potential clients through a combination of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS communications.
• Provide comprehensive education to customers regarding Ethos’ products and procedures.
• Identify and understand individual customer needs through thorough discovery processes, positioning Ethos’ value in alignment with those specific requirements.
• Develop relationships and foster trust with customers to achieve monthly and quarterly conversion objectives.
• Collaborate with team members across sales, marketing, customer experience, and product departments to fulfill team and organizational goals.
• Manage a customer pipeline while ensuring follow-up throughout the application and purchasing journey.
• Continuously refine and enhance workflows and outreach methods.
• Promote referral activities by ensuring positive customer experiences.
• 2-3 years of experience in telesales within the life insurance sector.
• Strong proficiency in using Salesforce or similar sales/CRM software.
• Proven sales performance with exceptional techniques and the ability to address customer objections effectively.
• Preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• Skilled at identifying customer friction points and devising suitable solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable to change with a quick learning ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills, including a strong phone presence.
