Consumer Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and communicate incentive plans for both sales associates and leaders.

• Oversee the incentive budget management.

• Facilitate huddles to foster excitement and highlight contests and key focus topics.

• Actively engage with employees through chat interactions.

• Liaise directly with the client.

• Enhance revenue for the client by motivating, coaching, and incentivizing sales efforts.

• Formulate and execute strategies to encourage sales agents in promoting health insurance products.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with sales agents.

• Educate sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

• Provide continuous support and guidance to sales agents.

• Monitor the performance of sales agents and deliver constructive feedback.

• Analyze sales data and trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to produce sales materials.

• Act as a primary contact for sales agents.

• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

• Ability to maintain focus and productivity daily, even when tasks are repetitive.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and outgoing personality with high energy levels.
