This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform warm inbound leads into funded loans, emphasizing consultative and high-integrity dialogues.

• Oversee your pipeline in collaboration with a team dedicated to closing efficiently, promptly, and accurately.
• Leverage CRM tools, automation, and a proactive follow-up strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
• Keep informed about market trends, guidelines, and rate strategies.
• Current NMLS license (multi-state licensing is advantageous).
• At least 2 years of experience in consumer direct mortgage origination.
• Demonstrated success as a closer with consistent monthly performance.
• High emotional intelligence and intelligence quotient—an excellent communicator and strategist.
