This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Serve as a representative of The Coca-Cola Company brand.
• Deliver outstanding customer assistance through multiple channels (primarily email and online messages).
• Work in collaboration with the customer support team to address issues and enhance service quality.
• Help identify and execute initiatives aimed at service improvement.
• Record and present customer support strategies and results.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Native-level fluency in Italian (both spoken and written).
• Background in Customer Support and/or Community Management.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software (e.g., Sprinklr) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a keen interest in client relations and service excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
