Consumer Care and Engagement Coordinator – Greek, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer support to clients through multiple channels (primarily email and online messaging)

• Serve as a brand representative for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC)

• Work alongside the customer support team to address issues and enhance service quality

• Aid in recognizing and executing service enhancement initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Greek

• Proficient in English

• Hold a degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline

• Previous experience as a customer support specialist or in Social Media Community Management

• Familiarity with customer support tools and software, including Sprinklr
