This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the strategy, implementation, and supervision of innovation initiatives across branch locations.
• Oversee project readiness, execution, and engagement plans that align with Consumer Bank KPIs, objectives, and corporate strategic priorities.
• Foster and sustain collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive team support.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Consumer Bank operations, policies, procedures, regulations, service standards, and operational guidelines.
• Eliminate barriers that impede bankers’ customer relationships and sales potential.
• Develop and oversee the Branch Growth/Innovation Management Program.
• Supervise branch openings, closings, relocations, LPOs, and operational transitions involving other business lines.
• Identify new trends, technologies, and best practices; design, test, and implement process enhancements.
• Act as a technology liaison for process improvements involving various business units and the Technology department.
• Coordinate projects concerning changes in banking hours across the company's footprint.
• Maintain updates for the OCC regulatory branch master alongside the FFIEC Branch list.
• Manage merger, acquisition, and conversion projects, providing necessary conversion support.
• Oversee application releases for Consumer Bank systems, coordinating testing and informing procedure owners of updates.
• Manage the annual Consumer Bank disaster recovery test in collaboration with Technology.
• Coordinate or analyze efforts for process improvements.
• Ensure incidents are addressed swiftly and effectively, including communication with other business lines.
• Manage branch support and research requests related to cash counters, coin machines, equipment, access, and Technology escalations.
• Oversee vendor relations, contracts, and billing processes.
• Ensure invoices are accurately entered and paid within set timelines.
• Manage the annual equipment budget, including purchases, service agreements, and equipment administration for mergers/acquisitions.
• Oversee system access for Consumer Bank Operations-owned applications, ensuring scheduled access reviews are conducted.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in front-line banking, bank operations, Teller and New Accounts processes, or a combination of these is required.
• Familiarity with technology adoption, process improvements, and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
• Management experience and skills are preferred.
• Indirect leadership skills are essential.
• 5+ years of project management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to make sound, informed decisions.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to cultivate positive relationships and partnerships across the bank.
• Thorough understanding of Consumer Bank processes, internal controls, and risk management.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and upper management.
• Capability to lead change management efforts in support of new technologies and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt priorities on short notice.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Must maintain a secure home office environment that is free from noise and distractions.
• Must have a dependable private internet connection that is not provided by cellular data/hotspot.
• Travel may be necessary as required.
