Consumer Acquisition Lead – AI Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing and implementing the US go-to-market strategy for a new AI consumer product.

• Identify target early-adopter audiences, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and the most effective paths to gaining traction.

• Support launch initiatives across platforms such as Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.

• Generate launch momentum through innovative, cost-effective acquisition strategies.

• Construct and execute a comprehensive acquisition roadmap aimed at US consumer growth.

• Determine the highest-performing channels and optimize budget distribution.

• Develop a channel mix that includes paid, organic, influencer, creator, referral, and partnership strategies.

• Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.

• Establish partnerships with influencers and creators to enhance awareness and drive installs.

• Increase organic traffic through community engagement, content creation, virality, and referrals.

• Experiment with creatives, landing pages, offers, and messaging to boost conversion rates.

• Collaborate with product teams to enhance onboarding, activation, and the initial user experience.

• Streamline user journeys from click to signup to active user to paid conversion.

• Manage customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value (LTV) targets.

• Enhance growth efficiency while scaling volume.

• Develop acquisition strategies that focus on retention rather than just vanity metrics.

• Create dashboards and conduct weekly reporting on acquisition channels.

• Analyze funnel drop-off points and user behavior patterns.

• Transform data into actionable experiments and clear next steps.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C consumer app, marketplace, subscription service, or self-serve product.

• In-depth understanding of both paid acquisition and organic growth strategies.

• Practical experience in optimizing CAC, conversion funnels, and user growth metrics.

• Background in supporting product launches and introducing new products to the market.

• Ability to work independently in lean teams with a high degree of ownership.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
