This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide friendly and empathetic support to travel agents, delivering favorable negotiations through the airlines' portal and the company's tools (moreFLY, FlyGuru, among others).

• Facilitate communication between airlines and travel agencies (both international and national), finalizing services and sales.

• Process airline reservations utilizing the systems made available by the company.

• Request additional services such as seat reservations, meals, special services, etc.

• Monitor airline reservations, applying procedures, guidelines, and practices to ensure profitability, cost reduction, and growth in airline ticket sales.

• Use sales portals like moreFLY, FlyGuru, and Wiki to consult and track the policies and conditions of airlines, aiming for efficiency and accuracy in the sales process.

• Optimize response time, ensuring efficiency in customer service and the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree;

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite;

• Basic to intermediate level of English;

• Familiarity with airline systems: E-LATAM, E-GOL, AZUL Portal, NDC, Sabre, and Amadeus.

• Availability to work from 18:00 to 00:00.
