Consultor Técnico Junior/Semi Senior – Legacy, .NET, SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications

• Analyze functional and technical requirements from clients and users

• Make adjustments, corrections, and developments on Legacy systems

• Work with applications developed in Visual Basic 5 and .NET

• Create, modify, and optimize queries, scripts, and stored procedures in SQL

• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate on resolutions

• Translate business needs into technical solutions

• Maintain direct communication with clients and non-technical users

• Document developments, modifications, and incidents

• Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve applications

⛳️ Requirements

• Education in Systems, Computer Science, Programming, or related fields, either completed or in progress

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in software development, application support, or similar technical roles

• Strong foundation in programming, logic, and problem-solving

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Experience with at least one backend programming language, such as .NET, C#, Java, Visual Basic, or similar

• Ability to analyze requirements and resolve technical issues

• Good communication skills and customer orientation

• Ability to explain technical concepts to individuals without a technology background

• Responsibility, independence, and willingness to learn new tools
