Consultor SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions for the Mexican payroll in complex environments and international projects.

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead key integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced conversational English.

• A minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll as an external consultant or within a consulting firm, covering blueprint, customizing, comprehensive testing, go-live, and hypercare.

• Configuration of calculation schemas, payroll rules, and wage types in SAP HCM Payroll (PY).

• Customizing the PA modules in a client environment.

• Implementation of the complete CFDI stamping cycle: PAC configuration, troubleshooting validation errors, and reissuing receipts.

• Strong functional knowledge of Mexican payroll (SDI, ISR, IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, severance payments, settlements, and retroactive payments) with the ability to map each concept to its configuration in SAP.

• Customizing the PA, OM, and TM modules in a client environment (desirable / adds value).

• Experience with SAP-SuccessFactors integrations via CPI.

• Basic knowledge of ABAP for reading programs and coordinating with the technical team.

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP HANA environments.

• Management of accounting provisions, payroll vouchers, and bank transfers in SAP.
