This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design the architecture of schedules, mapping legislation

• Configure complex schemes and calculation rules (PCRs)

• Ensure the accurate integration of Time with Payroll

• Lead testing and validations (UAT)

• Exercise technical authority over the solution

• Develop specifications for ABAP

• Resolve incidents

• Operate with a holistic end-to-end view in Time Management

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical experience in implementing and supporting the SAP HCM Time Management module

• Mastery in the parameterization and advanced configuration of time evaluation schemes and calculation rules (PCRs)

• Comprehensive understanding with deep knowledge in the integration of Time with Payroll, PA, and OM

• Ability to read and interpret code (ABAP debugging)

• Skill in preparing technical and functional specifications

• Technical leadership capability to map labor/syndical legislation and conduct testing and validations (UAT)

• Collaborative profile in teamwork

• Strong communication skills and proactivity

• Sense of urgency and prioritization
