This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Maintains consistent communication with candidates, offering updates and feedback throughout each stage of the recruitment process.

• Achieves weekly targets related to calls and emails to cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates in logistics, industrial sectors, skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.

• Conducts research on industry trends and provides insights regarding operational and contingent workers to enhance clients’ growth and competitive advantage.

• Aids in the preparation of materials for client presentations and engagement initiatives.

• Manages contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.

• Compiles and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.

• Assists with fundamental sales activities by supplying market information, updating candidate and client records, and maintaining accurate data for the sales pipeline.

• Requires a foundational understanding of theories, practices, and procedures within the relevant discipline.

• Completes assignments by following established procedures.

• Receives guidance and direction from more senior roles or managers within the discipline.

• Contributions are generally confined to task-related activities; operates within standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines.

• Exchanges clear information, asks questions, and verifies understanding.
