This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide cordial and empathetic support to travel agents;

• Facilitate negotiations using airline portals, GDS, and the company's internal tools such as maisFLY, APPS, and others;

• Act as an intermediary between airlines and travel agencies in the international segment, as well as finalize services and sales for travel agencies;

• Negotiate rates with a focus on competitiveness and retention of sales against websites and direct competitors;

• Request additional services, including seat assignments, meals, and other special services;

• Monitor and request flight reservations through the systems provided by the company, applying procedures, guidelines, and best practices aimed at profitability, cost reduction, and sales growth;

• Utilize the maisFLY portal and Wiki for consultation and monitoring of airline policies and conditions;

• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and speed in sales and customer service processes;

• Collaborate with the team, maintaining alignment and commitment to customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree;

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite;

• Basic to intermediate level of English;

• Familiarity with airline systems: E-LATAM, E-GOL, Portal AZUL, NDC, Sabre, and Amadeus;

• Experience in customer service and sales within the international air segment;

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients;

• Organized, agile, and results-oriented profile;

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
