This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide friendly and empathetic support to travel agents, presenting the best options and negotiations through airline portals and internal tools such as maisFLY, FlyGuru, among others.

• Facilitate communication between airlines and travel agencies (both domestic and international), ensuring the execution of services and sales.

• Process reservations, changes, recalculations, and ticket issuances using the systems provided by the company.

• Request additional services, such as seat assignments, special meals, and other complementary requests.

• Monitor air reservations, applying procedures, guidelines, and best practices focused on profitability, cost reduction, and sales growth.

• Utilize the maisFLY, FlyGuru, and Wiki portals to consult and track the policies and conditions of airlines, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.

• Optimize response time, ensuring agility and excellence in service and sales processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English;

• Familiarity with airline systems: E-LATAM, E-GOL, Portal AZUL, and NDC.

• Availability to work from 6 PM to midnight.

• Knowledge of GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

• Understanding of NDC from airlines.

• Experience with reservations, recalculations, and ticket issuance.
