This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage leads to optimize conversions
• Conduct personalized consultations via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and virtual/in-person meetings
• Explain the benefits of programs, address inquiries, and close sales
• Maintain consistent follow-up until the final enrollment
• Document and report progress and productivity metrics in the CRM
• Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Experience in sales related to exchanges and studies abroad
• Background in high-ticket sales and handling cold leads
• Ability to persuade and negotiate, building trust with clients
• Initiative and proactivity, with a results-oriented approach and resilience under pressure
• Experience in the education sector and understanding of the impact of the work
• A multicultural, dynamic environment
• Training and development opportunities to become an expert in international education
