This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• The Sales Advisor will be responsible for attracting, advising, and enrolling students interested in study and work programs abroad.
• Their primary mission will be to convert leads into enrolled students, building trust through a clear, persuasive, and approachable communication style, while providing personalized support to exceed commercial objectives.
• Manage leads to maximize conversions.
• Conduct personalized consultations via WhatsApp, calls, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
• Explain the benefits of the programs, address inquiries, and close sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up until final enrollment.
• Document and report progress and productivity metrics in the CRM.
• Participate in fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Experience in sales of educational programs and exchanges.
• Experience with high-ticket items and managing cold leads.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate, fostering trust with clients.
• Initiative and proactivity, with a focus on results and resilience under pressure.
• Interest in the educational sector and an understanding of the impact of the work.
• Desirable: International experience or experience with foreign clients.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• A multicultural, dynamic environment.
