Consultor de Templates META – WhatsApp, Salesforce

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic consultant for communications via WhatsApp using templates approved by Meta (Utility, Marketing, Authentication).

• Validate the structure, format, and interactions of messages (buttons, quick replies, flows) in accordance with platform limitations.

• Review journeys and flows within Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next / Salesforce Flow).

• Identify gaps between business requirements and technical constraints from Meta.

• Propose alternative solutions (workarounds) focusing on user experience and campaign performance.

• Create, submit, and manage the approval cycle of templates in the Meta WhatsApp Manager.

• Ensure compliance with: Meta policies and conventions, Salesforce customization rules, and regulations (e.g., LGPD).

• Support implementation in: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Journey Builder, and integrations with WhatsApp.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Product, and Compliance departments.

• Maintain documentation and governance of processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with Meta WhatsApp Business (WABA) and template management.

• Practical experience with Salesforce, particularly: Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next.

• Knowledge in: Journey orchestration, omnichannel communication, conversational UX.

• Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.

• Experience in regulated environments will be considered an advantage.

• Consultative mindset (essential).

• Ability to question and refine requirements constructively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience with WhatsApp integrations in Salesforce is a plus.

• Certifications or training such as Meta Blueprint is a plus.

• Previous experience as a Marketing Cloud Consultant or Solutions Architect is a plus.
