This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team, the client, and other stakeholders to assess needs and design tailored solutions.

• Conduct analyses, formulate hypotheses, and present solutions addressing client requirements.

• Engage in projects with varying scopes: strategic planning, mapping and redefining processes, operational models, zero-based budgeting, finance, logistics, performance indicator definition and management, change management, among others.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; all fields of study are welcome!

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in the MsOffice suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experience in the Business Consulting sector.

• Ability to lead projects with an emphasis on agility.

• Experience in analyzing indicators.

• Knowledge of KPIs.

• Experience in client presentations.
