This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Engage in consultative B2B sales for medium to large clients, particularly in feedlots and beef cattle operations;
• Conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s operations (breeding, rearing, and fattening), identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency;
• Present agricultural management software solutions, linking functionalities with productivity gains, control, and financial returns (ROI);
• Lead complex and high-value negotiations, involving multiple decision-makers;
• Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, diagnosis, proposal, and closing);
• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM (RD Station);
• Conduct technical field visits and strategic meetings with clients;
• Create customized commercial proposals and oversee negotiations until formalization;
• Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner.
• Education: Technical or higher education in Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
• Experience: Proven experience in complex consultative sales (B2B);
• Background with medium/large clients, preferably in the agribusiness sector;
• Experience in high-value sales (average/high ticket);
• Practical knowledge in beef cattle farming, focusing on feedlots and intensive operations;
• Familiarity with the complete sales cycle;
• Experience with CRM (preferably RD Station).

• Previous experience with large feedlots or high-scale farms.
