This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with teams to provide services to clients across various industries while building trusted relationships with client representatives.
• Lead due diligence activities aimed at uncovering cybersecurity, operational and technology strategies, organizational frameworks, and existing risks.
• Guide the development of strategic, prioritized recommendations through collaboration with clients during consulting assignments.
• Assist in defining the scope of upcoming engagements and proposals based on insights and client priorities.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed documentation for clients that reflects both the current state and long-term strategic plans.
• Work together to evaluate client cybersecurity and technology investment strategies against established standards and industry benchmarks, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with your supervisor to identify chances to suggest relevant Thrive products and services that align with client strategies, priorities, and needs.
• Prepare executive-level client presentations that summarize the current state, key insights, and long-term strategy recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology).
• At least five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• Current CISSP or CISM certification or a commitment to obtain certification swiftly is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks, including the CIS controls.
• Capability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences, including management levels.
• Administrative-level expertise in the following areas: VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms, Windows, UNIX, Linux OS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID IAM, Azure, AWS, and/or Google public clouds, Network Infrastructure.
• Operational and technological experience within MSP, MSSP, software/hi-tech, healthcare, and/or manufacturing & distribution sectors.
• Ability to assist in producing customer-facing documents and presentations.
• Candidates must have eligibility to work permanently in the US.
