This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and oversee data-driven analyses utilizing pharmacy claims data and sophisticated modeling techniques.
• Actively engage as a key member of a multidisciplinary analytics team, promoting the exchange of pertinent information and assisting in the collaborative building of consensus.
• Articulate results and deliver valuable insights to clients, both through verbal communication and in clear, concise reports.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain high-level interactions with clients.
• Assign projects and manage shifting priorities effectively.
• Oversee data requests, project timelines, scope of work, and deliverables for clients.
• Cultivate new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by thoroughly understanding their unique needs and contexts.
• PharmD from an ACPE accredited institution.
• At least fifteen years of experience in PBM or healthcare sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Expertise in interpreting and explaining fluctuations in key PBM performance indicators and pharmacy claims statistics.
• Familiarity with formularies, pharmacy claims data, and associated nomenclatures, such as NDC, AWP, PBM, WAC, etc.
• Understanding of claims data and its implications in claim adjudication and subsequent analyses.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.
