Consulting Manager, MedTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage up to two project teams to ensure efficient planning, organization, and management of strategic initiatives.

• Transform complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Create, structure, and present reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.

• Cultivate client relationships through effective communication and act as a strategic partner to client teams.

• Supervise the activities of junior team members on up to two client projects simultaneously.

• Oversee the creation of project work plans for engagement teams.

• Support the identification of follow-on opportunities or new leads and contribute to the development of project proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy and/or marketing consulting within the life sciences sector, particularly with medical device clients.

• Experience in project or team management is essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.

• Outstanding communication abilities are required.

• Proficient quantitative skills are essential.

• Proven leadership capabilities in prior roles.

• A keen interest and willingness to learn about the MedTech industry.

• Exceptional project planning, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.

• Fluent conversational and business English skills (both written and oral) are required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential (knowledge of SQL is a plus).
