This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement impactful consulting projects while delivering data-driven insights.
• Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in healthcare.
• Oversee project management, guide teams, and provide sustainable solutions.
• Carry out thorough assessments of the operating room (OR) with a focus on perioperative supply chain performance.
• Offer expertise and strategic guidance to enhance cost efficiency and the quality of patient care.
• Analyze data to formulate strategic recommendations.
• Lead large, cross-functional project teams, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes.
• Spearhead and manage complex projects to ensure timely delivery and value realization.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders.
• Promote thought leadership by presenting at industry conferences, publishing insights, and contributing to the development of new consulting services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a clinical degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in clinical and cost improvement initiatives within a healthcare provider or consulting firm is required.
• Experience as an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse is necessary, with a solid understanding of perioperative clinical workflows.
• Desired experience in assessing operating room supply utilization, optimizing preference cards, managing bill-only implants, and engaging physicians to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and operational improvements.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing financial and quality data, and driving process enhancements.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with executives, providers, and healthcare staff at all levels.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently and efficiently throughout the year to meet client needs.
