
Consultative Sales Analyst — Civil Engineering and Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in consultative sales with incoming leads (customers who have previously expressed interest in the platform), ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each business's requirements and facilitating the process through to closure.
• Oversee and track leads within the sales pipeline, recognizing needs and monitoring performance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Assist the Marketing and Product teams by gathering feedback from potential customers and identifying strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Interact with potential customers through our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet the company's sales and revenue goals.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• An inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Empathy to effectively understand and assist customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Previous experience in sales.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS is a plus.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
