This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Oversee Workday integration projects, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, risk management, and scheduling.
• Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders: global/local HRIS, IT, HR, vendors, and support teams.
• Deliver consistent and meaningful updates on project advancement.
• Suggest enhancements for current integrations.
• Configure the platform: mappings, integration procedures within business workflows, calculated fields, and custom reports.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Address connectivity issues and integration incidents.
• Monitor tickets in Jira and assist in enhancing performance metrics.
• Aid internal teams in developing Workday proficiency.
• Keep track of solution updates and releases (functional improvements).
• Participate in RFPs, preliminary studies, and projects related to back-office tools.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's IT security policies.
• Extensive experience with Workday (HCM, Reporting, and/or Integration).
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong capabilities in project management.
• Comfortable functioning in international and multicultural settings.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
