Consultant – Veeva RIM – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and implementing new features within the Veeva Regulatory suite.

• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT personnel to comprehend their needs.

• Apply critical thinking to design solutions that meet both requested and unarticulated needs of customers.

• Serve as a liaison for customers, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Support customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation initiatives aimed at ensuring their overall success.

• Lead change management strategies for clients transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably in content management or within the Life Sciences sector with familiarity in Regulatory Affairs Management and technology.

• Background in a Consulting or customer-facing position, adept at managing expectations, navigating challenging conversations, delivering presentations or demos, and leading customer interactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.

• This position is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Eligible candidates must have legal authorization to work in Europe. Veeva Systems does not expect to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.
