Consultant – Veeva RIM, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and implementing new functionalities within the Veeva Regulatory suite.

• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT personnel to comprehend their needs.

• Employ critical thinking to design solutions that customers request, as well as those they may not have considered but are necessary.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Support customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation initiatives aimed at ensuring the overall success of the customer.

• Lead change management strategies for clients transitioning from on-premises solutions to SaaS offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably in content management software or within the Life Sciences sector with knowledge of Regulatory Affairs Management and a passion for technology.

• Background in a Consulting or Customer-facing role, adept at managing customer expectations, handling challenging discussions, delivering presentations or demonstrations, and guiding and leading clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.

• This position is a remote, full-time opportunity with Veeva. Eligible candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe. Veeva Systems does not expect to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this role.
