Consultant – Veeva PromoMats

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Comprehending the business needs of our customers

• Converting business requirements into solution designs

• Configuring the application effectively

• Ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery

• Implementing a content management platform tailored for life sciences

• Facilitating business process discovery and application design workshops

• Supervising the solution development, testing, and deployment phases

• Developing process documentation and project deliverables

• Organizing and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing support

• Offering subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and outlining their integration within our customers’ software ecosystems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, account management, or relevant fields

• Hands-on experience with digital content management systems

• Background in working with life science clients (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health, etc.)

• Capability to swiftly grasp customer requirements and develop corresponding solution designs

• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse customer roles, internal and external stakeholders, and delivery partners while ensuring high-quality solutions

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Proficiency in English

• Candidates must be located in Europe and possess the legal right to work
