Consultant – Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You provide guidance to prominent companies in the real estate industry, along with corporations and retailers, focusing on strategy, organization, and execution.

• You collaborate with our clients to create innovative business models and market entry strategies, as well as agile methods and tools.

• You autonomously address our clients' needs and capitalize on market changes and trends for their advantage.

• You work within a team of specialists to cultivate your own ideas and consulting products, enhancing both your personal growth and the development of TME.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Economics/Business or Real Estate with successful completion.

• A solid understanding of business contexts and structures, complemented by strong analytical and structured working methods.

• Ideally, some practical experience in consulting or the real estate industry.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

• A strong hands-on approach, initiative, and a readiness to travel both nationally and internationally.

• Proficient in MS Office, with outstanding communication and presentation abilities, and fluent in both German and English in a business context.
