Consultant – SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Engaging in projects, consulting, training, and workshops with our clients

• Providing expert consulting on Microsoft SQL subjects

• Working with SQL Server editions from 2008 to 2022

• Implementing high-availability solutions for SQL Server

• Utilizing FCI / Always On (Failover Cluster Instances / Always On availability groups)

• Managing SQL disaster recovery processes

• Offering expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Supporting Azure SQL services (IaaS, PaaS)

• Conducting performance optimization

• Monitoring SQL performance

• Demonstrating solid knowledge of Active Directory and server clustering

• Designing effective solutions

• Performing troubleshooting tasks

• Coordinating projects

• Implementing project plans

• Communicating effectively with clients and partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education completed (e.g., HTL for IT and Organization, technical college/vocational school)

• Several years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server and SQL Server

• Familiarity with Azure services is a plus

• Responsible, accurate, structured, and independent work style

• Team-oriented individual with strong communication abilities and a high focus on customer service and solutions
