This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Generate monthly financial reports in collaboration with the project sponsor.
• Create, develop, test, and implement enhancements to an internally developed SharePoint solution.
• Assume responsibility for the SharePoint tool as the subject-matter expert.
• Ensure data integrity and uphold a reliable single source of truth.
• Document opportunities for enhancements, gather requirements, secure stakeholder agreement, and execute approved SharePoint modifications.
• Design SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, forms, and dashboards for PMO reporting.
• Diagnose system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and deploy sustainable solutions.
• Maintain data dictionaries, process flows, and change logs.
• Train end users and provide ongoing support for the SharePoint tool.
• Collaborate with IT on governance, security, and integration standards.
• Assist with productivity reporting, financial reporting, and project oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Automate Cloud Flows, including resolving failed runs, monitoring flow health, and enhancing performance.
• Practical experience in designing and supporting solutions utilizing SharePoint Lists as a data source.
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint List architecture, encompassing columns, lookups, permissions, indexing, thresholds, and performance constraints.
• Capability to troubleshoot end-to-end process failures across Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience in monitoring system operations and proactively identifying issues that impact business processes.
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, including primary keys, foreign keys, and various relationship types (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many).
• Experience with Power BI reporting and operational dashboards.
• Background in supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions with multiple integrations.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, views, forms, and Power Automate workflows.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and facilitation with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
• Experience in data validation and quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to occasionally work early or late to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Apps or custom SharePoint form development is preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheet integration/application support is preferred.
• Background in financial systems or enterprise data environments is preferred.
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry is preferred.
• Comfortable presenting reports to C-level meeting attendees is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to NJ or CO occasionally is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Availability during standard working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone.
