Consultant, SAP Run Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer SAP SD support for ongoing business processes.

• Implement minor enhancements tailored for country-specific business processes within a global framework.

• Evaluate ABAP code and detect issues in highly customized and modified processes.

• Work in conjunction with the CoE Build Team.

• Configure SAP systems within the SAP SD module.

• Address module-specific SAP SD issues for both internal and external clients.

• Provide functional descriptions and business process assistance to the development team.

• Develop business-standard documentation for new initiatives.

• Engage in training sessions.

• Support the goals and responsibilities of other IT departments.

• Share knowledge with Support Team members, Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and external Consultants.

• Document both existing and new functions.

• Oversee and manage the support queue.

• Maintain the application-issues knowledge database.

• Guide new team members.

• Ensure that enhancement designs conform to the global template.

• Communicate and report support issue trends and gaps to the Supervisor.

• Collaborate with Business Users to comprehend business impacts and priorities.

• Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

• 5 years of professional experience as an SD Consultant.

• Expert knowledge in SAP ERP SO configuration.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.

• Customer-focused attitude.

• Exceptional business problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work closely with business and consulting partners.

• Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.

• Ability to operate in an international setting.

• Proficient in English, with one additional language preferred.
