This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee strategic partnerships with external consultants who assist employer clients in selecting and strategizing benefits.
• Enhance relationships within key consulting firms.
• Utilize existing connections to advocate for Form Health’s clinical solutions, outcomes, and market strategies.
• Identify and create new partnership opportunities with employers.
• Engage with key consultants and senior executives at benefits consulting firms.
• Position Form Health’s offerings to ensure maximum inclusion in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with the sales team on RFPs and exploration of new opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and gather consultant feedback for internal leadership.
• Represent the company at national conferences, industry events, and meetings with clients and consultants.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employer benefits and consultant relations.
• Established network of contacts within major consulting firms like Aon, Mercer, and WTW.
• Recognized as a knowledgeable and dependable resource.
• Outstanding presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts and unique approaches into easily understandable terms.
• Ideally located remotely near a major city in the eastern United States.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
