⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of post-qualification experience, qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive.

• A strong commitment to client service, with the ability to create a memorable experience for clients.

• Proficient in sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity transactions.

• Familiarity with both freehold and leasehold property transactions.

• A strong inclination towards digital technology and more efficient working methods.
