This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and implement the MLE system for the KMC pilot project.
• Collaborate closely with both global and local teams.
• Supervise the pilot testing of all data collection tools.
• Establish protocols for data quality assurance, including methods for data verification.
• Prepare baseline and endline reports that highlight findings and implications for program design.
• Contribute to a synthesis that discusses pilot achievements and areas needing improvement.
• Engage in regular coordination meetings and provide MLE insights for government collaborations.
• An advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, public policy, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in MLE within global health programs, with proven expertise in designing and implementing MLE systems for both facility-based and community-based health initiatives in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong quantitative abilities, with experience in sampling design, survey execution, and data analysis (proficiency in Stata or equivalent is essential).
• Experience in developing methodologies for data quality assessment and verification.
• Proven capability to work independently and manage MLE workstreams with minimal in-country support.
• Outstanding written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, decision-focused reports for program and donor audiences.
