This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Raise the benchmark as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (m/f/d) with an emphasis on Business Central, connecting processes, technology, and individuals to translate specific requirements into tangible value.
• Your primary focus will be on ERP matters within industrial settings, including manufacturing and trade.
• You approach problems with an end-to-end process mindset, grasping operational interconnections while maintaining a comprehensive perspective, even amidst changes.
• Collaboratively, we will utilize specific extensions from the Microsoft Marketplace to implement solutions that either sensibly enhance or intentionally modify the Microsoft standard.
• In close partnership with our sales team, you will prepare pre-sales workshops, develop demo environments using real customer scenarios, and assist in presenting intricate requirements in a clear and persuasive manner.
• You possess a degree with an IT-related focus or have comparable professional training.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting for Business Central.
• You are eager to learn and committed to continuous professional and technical development.
• You present yourself confidently and professionally to clients, remaining patient and composed when solutions necessitate multiple attempts.
• You exhibit an independent and structured working style, accompanied by a strong service orientation.
• You possess a foundational technical understanding while maintaining a broad perspective regarding change management.
• You are a team player who thrives in a collegial atmosphere.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2) is essential.
