This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Evaluate and enhance processes: You will design and refine processes that align with regulatory standards, focusing on smart metering and market communication.
• IT support: You will assist our clients in the implementation of IT solutions, overseeing everything from requirements management to actual deployment.
• Process enhancement in the energy sector: You will provide guidance to our clients on the execution of regulatory mandates (EnWG, EEG, MsbG, etc.) and facilitate transformation.
• Data utilization: You will perform data analysis, compile reports, and aid our clients in critical decision-making. Your contributions will establish the groundwork for the future of intelligent energy supply.
• Several years of experience in the regulated energy sector or within segments of the meter-to-cash process (smart metering, market communication, billing, receivables management, balancing, customer service).
• Proven experience in process management and optimization within municipal utilities or energy suppliers.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software, particularly IT systems like SAP IS-U.
• Project management expertise, whether classical or agile: You are proficient in project management, including presentation skills and facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills: You are capable of clearly explaining complex, data-driven subjects and collaborating effectively with our clients.
• Proficiency in German (at least C1 level).
• A completed degree (MSc) in business administration (BWL), economics (VWL), engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
