Consultant – Management Systems, IMS Implementation (ISO)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation and ongoing enhancement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS)

• Providing guidance to companies on adopting standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001

• Performing gap analyses, internal audits, and preparation for certification

• Crafting practical processes, documentation, and system frameworks

• Leading workshops and training sessions for technical personnel and management

• Assisting organizations from project kickoff to successful certification

• Collaborating with team members from consulting, sales, and project management

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a similar qualification

• Experience in the implementation or maintenance of management systems

• Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001)

• Background in audits, process management, and documentation systems

• A structured approach to work and strong consulting abilities

• Proficiency in the German language

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
