Consultant – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in keeping the Veeva Vault suite updated and implement new features.

• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT personnel to comprehend their needs.

• Utilize critical thinking to design requested solutions as well as anticipate unrequested needs.

• Serve as a liaison for customers, facilitating communication among implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Support customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through managed services programs aimed at ensuring their overall success.

• Lead change management initiatives for customers transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on managing customer expectations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields, preferably in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or a related area.

• This position is a remote, full-time role with Veeva. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Europe. Veeva Systems does not plan to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.
