Consultant, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary long-term collaborator and trusted advisor for clients.

• Facilitate weekly status meetings, align with third-party vendors, and conduct design reviews.

• Prepare dashboards and agendas, and oversee the Rolling Action Item Log.

• Develop and manage release timelines while assisting in the prioritization of release candidates.

• Offer technical suggestions and work with clients on their roadmaps.

• Coordinate efforts with internal practice leads, consultants, developers, architects, and QA teams.

• Lead sessions for gathering requirements.

• Evaluate the Level of Effort for functional tasks and either complete or delegate build/configuration changes.

• Manage repositories and facilitate the promotion of completed builds to higher environments.

• Maintain documentation including requirements, test cases, functional and technical guides, integration specifications, and application manuals.

• Conduct System Integration Testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

• Validate deployments in elevated environments.

• Oversee user lifecycle, permissions, and data integrity.

• Investigate issues, monitor error reports, and triage or escalate problems as necessary.

• Generate and update reports while executing customer data extractions/exports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong comprehension of application functionalities and the capability to envision solutions within the Force.com platform.

• Ability to provide technical support and counsel customers on product features and enhancements.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in drafting requirements, system specifications, and application documentation.

• Familiarity with project management principles, including timeline oversight and Level of Effort assessments.

• Salesforce Certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

• Experience with AI agentic workflows, including interaction, management, or building, is a bonus.
